Linda J. Retz is certified as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. She received her Juris Doctor (law) degree from Loyola Law School. Her practice includes all facets of estate and related tax planning, trust administrations and the representation of fiduciaries and beneficiaries in probate court.

Ms. Retz has lectured and written extensively, including for the U.S.C. Tax Institute, the U.S.C. Probate and Trust Conference, the UCLA/CEB Estate Planning Institute and the California CPA Education Foundation. She is a past President of the South Bay Estate Planning Council.

The publishers of Los Angeles Magazine and Law &Politics Magazine have listed her as a California Super Lawyer every year since the first publication of the list in 2004. The Forbes Radio Channel interviewed Ms. Retz for its show entitled “America’s Most Influential Women in Government, Business and the Law,” which was broadcast on American Airlines domestic flights during the month of March, 2006.
