Kenneth Kingdon is a consultant to the American Medical Association for their joint continuing education program with the American Bar Association on the Sixth Edition of the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, the Sixth Edition workbooks, and was a reviewer for the Sixth Edition. He has authored an analysis of the Fifth Edition of the AMA Guides which is scheduled for publication in 2009. He is an instructor for the Insurance Educational Association where he teaches beginning and advanced rating classes, and is a moderator for rating seminars provided by Lawworm.com.
