TAXES

I will defend you before the California Franchise Tax Board. I will also defend you before the Internal Revenue Service. If necessary, I will take your matter to their appeals group, the U.S. Tax Court, the Court of Claims in Washington, D.C., or the local U.S. District Court.

I can represent you in the U.S. Tax Court regardless of the state you live in. I can represent you as well if you are living outside the country.

As an Enrolled Agent I can help you prepare any tax return regardless of where you live.

LAWSUITS

Are you being sued? Do you want to sue someone? If your case involves collecting a debt, suing a neighbor, the police, your insurance company or getting your back child support, I can help.

I have handled and successfully won many suits over the years and look forward to helping you with your legal matter.

I can assist you with a financial plan for retirement, help you eliminate your creditors or prepare a will and trust to assist your friends and relatives or a public or private charity when you are no longer here.

Are you struggling with a case (or cases) that do not fit your realm of legal practice? I can help. I pay referral fees for successfully completed contingency fee cases. I will also pay referral fees for hourly billable cases, transactional work, incorporations, wills and trusts and tax issues.

I spent 7-1/2 years with the IRS as an Income Tax Auditor and cooperating auditor in criminal investigations by the Intelligence Division, now known as CID. I was a CPA in private practice for over 20 years prior to attending law school. I am licensed as a CPA and an enrolled agent before the IRS.

I am also a licensed California attorney, Certified a Tax Specialist by the State Bar. I have been admitted to and have argued cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. I have also been admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. In addition, my experience as a litigator over the last 13 years covers the following areas:
